Getting around, at even a small car show, can be difficult for some. With a Transporter, you can now take your mobility scooter or power chair to get around and check out all the cars. A fold out ramp on the wide, rear cargo door makes loading easy. Tension springs on each side of the locking rear cargo door of the Transporter help bear the weight when opening and closing the door. Rubber stops prevent your final paint job from being scratched by pavement. Access to the front of the cargo area also locks.

Based on our Sedan Delivery trailer with its' classic belt line and grille, there's plenty of room to load up your scooter, luggage, coolers and chairs in the Transporter. Mobility scooters aren't the only vehicles you can haul with the Transporter. riding mowers, go carts, mini bikes... just about any small vehicle can arrive in style. Best of all, everything arrives clean and dry.

Like all our street rod trailers, the Transporter is a lightweight fiberglass body mounted on a steel frame riding on a torsion axle. The Transporter, like all hot rod trailers from The Little Trailer Company, comes as unfinished rolling stock. Just paint and trim to match your car for style and convenience!

Customers buying a Transporter should verify the mobility scooter, go kart or other vehicle you own will fit inside, by comparing the measurements of the scooter to the specs.

You should also determine how you will secure the scooter inside. One solution is to install 4 flush mount "D-rings". We found a good one you can order from Speedway Motors, part number 91089140, for $3.00 each. These can be installed by simply bolting them through the floor of the Transporter with a backing plate ( NOT INCLUDED ) on the underside.
